UNIQUE WALL PANELS PROVIDE OPTIMUM STRENGTH

Behlen wall panels are designed specifically for grain storage. The unique wall panels were computer designed to provide optimum strength. The trapezoidal corrugation includes a flat surface for all horizontal seams to provide better contact for improved strength and wather protection.

Eave Tension Rings
A full circle ring at the eave stabilizes the roof and walls under all loading conditions. The heavy rings are fabricated with welded end plates to provide unmatched strength at the eave. This design supports non-uniform loads created by snowdrifts, side draw systems, high winds, and earthquake forces. The ring is double braced between rafters to provide a superior strength in both tension and compression. The eave ring and rafters attach directly to the stiffeners for a solid connection.
   
Trapezoidal Wall Panels
The flat-sided corrugation is a unique design which provides additional strength, rigidity, and wind resistance. Extra wide overlap at the vertical seams with four to five rows of high strength grade 8.2 3/8" bolts provides added strength at this critical location.

Built-in Wind Bands
Built-in wind bands are standard on inside stiffened models providing resistance to wind loads without the use of windpipes. This reduces construction time and reduces cost.
